I've switched from gypsy music to Richard Strauss' Salome, in the interpretation of Georg Solti, Birgit Nilsson and the Vienna Orchestra. How's that for a change? Earlier, my mum kinda glared at me when she heard it, and I was all like, 'Don't even ask >.<'.

What? Can't a girl have different music tastes?

Back to business. I've started working on the Anime section of Seven Stars. This one's gonna be the biggest pain ever. I can just feel it... So far, I'm about halfway through with the wallpapers sub-section. I shiver to think of what's gonna come after that.

Wallpapers done. On to signatures. Which will have to be divided on separate pages according to series, plus I'll have to pluck out the really crappy ones from the rest. *dies*

Besides, I've got cramps. Sitting cross-legged on the bed while working on your laptop is kinda bad for your health and sanity if you'd done it for the past four days. And I really, really, re~ally need a shower.

I just figured out just why my HDD was running out of space every other minute, no matter how much stuff I deleted. The problem came from a log file generated by an application named drwtsn32 [or something]. You'll never guess just how big that goddamn file was.

...5.50 GB.

No, really.

WTF?! There's your ultimate proof that Microsoft Windows XP sucks. Big time.

Back to civilization (sorta)

Ahh... yes. Life after a hot shower, three ciggies and a cup of hot chocolate looks a whole lot better.

Now that I'm back on the web, I need to start thinking up a promoting campaign for SS. After all, no matter how good you make a website, it's basically zilch if you don't have visitors.

Fortunately, I know what to do. In this sort of circumstances, Google is always my best friend :))

Still back to civilization, thank God.

I've been adding the final touches to the Fanfiction section and getting the Fun section up nearly all afternoon, even though I felt (and I still feel) drowsy and sleepy (must be from that glass of Cutty Sark I drank with a friend around lunch). I'll try and get some sleep now - or maybe watch episode 12 of Death Note and sleep a little after that. If everything goes well, Seven Stars may very well be up and running way before New Year. I'm proud of myself XD Come to think of it, there isn't that much left to do - I've just got to work on the Extra section, add some finishing touches to the Games section, and think up a strong advertising campaign. *sigh* I suck at advertising.

Had a nice refreshing nap. Of course, my cellphone rang a couple times, but I totally ignored it. Like I usually tell my mum: "Don't bug me when I'm sleeping. Or else." I have a horrible temper when someone wakes me up from my beauty sleep [<-- well, actually, when someone wakes me up during the 'recharge' period before another night at work; beauty sleep is for pinkies :P].

Time to start working now. Oh joy.

Bright idea: adding an i-frame with invisible borders and no scrollbars to the bottom of each page will save up a lot of typing and copy/pasting later on. Naturally, I had the idea at the last possible moment. But better late than never, eh? :P
