Author’s Note: Wow… I can’t believe I finally finished this! This story is set in an alternate X-Men: Evolution universe and it is nothing else but pure humor and randomness - the two things I’m famous for. So sit back, relax, enjoy - and don’t forget to vote for me at http://www.cerebrosxmen.com! Thank you!

~ Prologue: Desperate people do desperate things… ~

En'Sabah-Nur - Apocalypse - was free.

In a tardive revelation, Charles Xavier, who believed in peaceful co-existence between humans and mutants, and Magneto, who above else had faith in the supremacy of mutantkind, realized that the only chance they had in stopping such a powerful mutant was to join forces.

…And so, the Acolytes and Brotherhood moved in at the Xavier Institute. Seeing as it was a necessary arrangement, none of the X-Men protested; apart from that, many were still in shock after recent events. However, as weeks went by without any sign of neither Apocalypse nor Mesmero, life at the Institute began to take a rather unexpected turn.

Having so many people live under the same roof, peace, quiet, solitude and, most importantly, privacy, became harder and harder to get when nearly everyone had to share their room with someone else. The mornings in particular were a nightmare; sometimes, it took more than an hour until everyone was up and ready for breakfast. The Danger Room training sessions threatened to get out of hand. Conflicts brewed. Everyone had their nemesis: Scott glowered at Lance whenever he had the chance, Evan couldn't stand the sight of Pietro, Kurt and Toad hardly ever spoke to each other, Jean and Blob avoided each other at all costs, and this list could go on. And seeing as these conflicts couldn't be settled ‘the hard way’, the students turned to a harmless, but far more annoying resort: pranks. Two months after Xavier and Magneto’s decision, living at the Institute was a synonym of Hell.

It is at that time that our story begins…
